Blueberry Muffin的做法步骤

• 步骤 1：

  Sift the flour into a large bowl, add the sugar and blueberries.

• 步骤 2：

  Beat the eggs with the milk and vanilla extract. Add the mixture to the flour along with the melted butter.

• 步骤 3：

  Blend with a metal spoon without beating. The batter should be thick and chunky.

• 步骤 4：

  Grease the mould and pour the batter into the muffin cups until they are 3/4 full.

• 步骤 5：

  Bake in a preheated oven at 190º C for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to rest in mould for 5 minutes, turn out and cool on a rack.
