步骤 1:
whisk the egg white until foamy.working on one flower at a time. using brush to plaint (抹上)egg white both side front and back on flower. put flower on plate then sprinkle sugar on it.(this a best done to sprinkle sugar lightly and catch any extra sugar.make sure the flower with egg white is cover sugar(每朵花都撒上糖).repeat work with all flowers and lay on bake sheet no-stick . put in a warm place to dry overnight.
