cracker with mushroom cream的做法步骤

步骤 1：
wipe mushroom with cloth and slice with stems. heat oil put back mushroom over medium heat until soft.remove from oil,drain and dice all. peel garlic and chop finely. stir together mayonnaise,parsley,garlic ,pepper and mix well.then fold into mushroom .this call mushroom cream.

spread mushroom cream on cracker.arrange mushroom slice on top of cream and garnish with parsley.
