- Egg 1
- Quark cheese or spreadable cheese 170 g
- Sugar 40 g
- Flour 20 g
- Grated peel from 1/2 lemon
- Vanilla bean 1/2

Whip the egg yolks with the sugar. Melt the butter with the cheese and blend well.

Add the flour and flavouring and pour into the moulds. Bake at 100º C for 40 minutes.
