Make sure you try the trying the famous “Almodóvar” croquettes, the egg-based “Revuelto del Cortijo”, and the legendary “Mazamorra”, a cold soup similar to “ajoblanco”, albeit thicker, that is said to be the forerunner of Córdoba’s “salmorejo”.
