A restaurant with a contemporary, maritime-inspired decor and a long history which has had a new lease of life with the third generation of the family now working the kitchens. The updated traditional cuisine, based around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, is also heavily focused on the sea without neglecting the country’s iconic acorn-fed Iberian pigs. On the à la carte, which is complemented by two tasting menus (Esencia and Camino del Sur), we particularly enjoyed the red tuna tartare with a white almond cream sauce, young salad leaves and mango.
