This modern restaurant, the name of which is a reference to the chef’s mother (Camino), is located in the heart of the Barrio Húmedo district and features an open-view kitchen. Its bold, contemporary cuisine teeming with strong flavours (they particularly like working with pickles and fermentations) is showcased on two tasting menus, one called Origen (Wednesday to Friday lunchtimes only) and another more extensive option entitled Kamín, both of which feature seasonal, market-inspired ingredients. If you enjoyed their desserts, why not head to La Postrería Kamín, dedicated to sweet treats, which they run in Calle Ancha!
