MICHELIN Guide's Point Of View

Located on the ground floor of a hotel (FC Los Cubos) opposite the Roman walls, it owes its name to a local breed of dog (Carea leonés or Leonese shepherd) and is very well run by Ana and Mario, a likeable couple who try to convey their passion for this land. Their modern proposal, with the option of à la carte service and a tasting menu, evolves around seasonal Leonese products but always looking to surprise with interesting fusion notes.
