A restaurant with a rustic atmosphere that boasts a beautiful green setting, as it is located next to the beautiful stone bridge that spans the river and facing some natural pools that attract lots of visitors during the summer season. The chef-owner, Ángel Sánchez, champions an updated traditional cuisine that always tries to extol the seasonal products of the area. The menu is complemented by two tasting menus, both with the option of food and wine pairings, which require prior reservation: Roble and Quercus.
