A rustic-style property (featuring a restaurant and three buildings with their own unique character) which continues to grow in popularity thanks to its secluded location surrounded by mountains where guests are keen to return time and time again and get away from it all. Here, owner-chef Dulce Martínez prepares superb, traditional home-style cuisine which is refined, delicate and full of flavour, with real attention to detail and presentation. There are two menus available here (one longer than the other), both offering a choice of dishes such as the typical cornbread with Afuega'l Pitu cheese or the classic “pitu de calella con arroz” (a dish made with rice and chicken) and homemade desserts. It is often full so we recommended booking ahead.
