If you are looking for a special restaurant in the centre of Malaga, in the area of pedestrianised streets surrounding the Cathedral, this is definitely a great option. The restaurant, which is quite small and serves very few tables (most of them, in fact, are on the street itself), is dedicated to an interesting fusion that combines creativity with some South American touches or culinary traits that evoke notes of Peru, Mexico, Argentina. This is due to the fact that chef Emi Schobert, who says he draws his inspiration ‘from the sea, the mountains and local produce’, is a native of Buenos Aires and has twice represented his country in the prestigious Bocuse d'Or World Cuisine Championship. The proposal, which shows a constant delicacy in its presentations, takes the form of two tasting menus called Blossom and Gran Blossom (we found his Ceviche, with leche de tigre de ají amarillo (yellow chilli tiger's milk) to be very original). Given its size... reservations are absolutely necessary!
