Open since 2013 by a husband-and-wife team, Almoraduz is Oaxacan at its core but pulls inspiration from all over. Think slices of raw Baja tuna set in a fennel, shallot, and vanilla emulsion and paired with warm pita. Or, consider a traditional pescadilla stuffed with fish and brown sugar and garnished with purple cabbage.
