The name, meaning ‘six’, comes from this couple’s birthday month, June. The aim is to serve the Sangubashi area with French cuisine rooted firmly in the region. The chef adds a unique touch with ingredients sourced from producers with whom he has strong relations. Edible wild plants, mushrooms and game are products of his native Nagano. Desserts prepared from seasonal fruits are handled by the proprietress. At the counter, which appropriately seats six, the chef’s explanations create a feeling of intimacy.
