"Our chefs visit the farm twice a day on their bicycle (on sunny days) or with electric buggy (on rainy days) to harvest herbs and vegetables from our organic farm. Serving only vegetables and seafood sourced from the island fishermen, we use ingredients that are nutritious and balanced, so that it also contributes to better eating, and we try to educate our guests on the benefits of eating fresh and local."
