Inspired by traditional Serbian cuisine, this restaurant proudly showcases local and regional ingredients, many of which (such as their goat’s cheese and hams) are produced on their own farm in the Homolje mountains. In addition to the à la carte, there are two tasting menus based on meat and fish served with seasonal accompaniments sourced from all over Serbia, as well as from the restaurant’s own farm. Both menus offer a wine-pairing option. A professional yet simple outfit that is impressive in the way that it manages to maintain a high quality of cuisine and service despite the large number of covers.
