Sit in the lounge for 'English tapas' or head through to the Cygnet restaurant, where fairy lights hang from the beams and art is for sale on the walls. Modern British dishes feature on two 4 course set menus – one vegetarian – and you can mix and match between them. Colourful dishes have interesting textures, temperatures and tastes.
