A delightful 18C watermill overlooking a millpond; the old workings are still in situ in the stylish bar, above which sits a beamed restaurant with black furnishings. Good quality seasonal produce is showcased in modern dishes on the tasting menu and more classic dishes on the à la carte. The attractive outbuildings play host to some of the bedrooms.
