Plenty of regulars are among the diners seated in either a sheltered, flower-festooned courtyard or inside a lean-to glasshouse. Vibrantly colourful dishes are overtly seasonal and deliver bags of pure, unadulterated flavour thanks to great ingredients – from leeks to pork chops – which are allowed to shine by the chef's understated compositions. When the sun comes out, there's few places better for lunch on a summer's day.
