As implied by its name, Egg & Flour is an Italian restaurant specializing in fresh, handmade pasta composed only with egg and flour. Even the entrance to the establishment greets us with sacks of flour and pasta rolling machines. The space is located along a winding alley in Haebangchon, yet the Itaewon skyline seen from the terrace and through the glass wall evokes majesty. The establishment’s signature offering is freshly made Italian pasta with a Korean twist – be it Jeju black pork ragù featuring red chili paste and fish sauce, burrata cheese, or roasted Ecklonia cava.
