Basile De Wulf’s endearing restaurant is part of La Petite Campagne farm, which boasts both a butcher’s and a dairy. Established in a modern-day wooden chalet, the chef will introduce you to local produce (some from the farm) rich in gutsy, rustic flavours. After stints in a number of top establishments, Basile seeks to showcase fresh ingredients with an international twang. The chef’s surprise menu is tailored to today’s tastebuds and his passion for wine adds the final flourish to a fine meal.
