Minerva was a legendary Belgian luxury automobile firm, whose repair workshops were located here. The site is now that of a well-oiled restaurant, whose outer industrial casing hides a warm, even stylish interior. The menu abounds in pedigree gourmet classics, prepared with textbook skill and flair, even the meat is still carved at the table. The turbot is cooked on the bone and served with a light frothy mustardy sauce, unless you wouldn’t prefer Barbary duck, carved in front of you, and garnished with a sauce that is made from blood and bone marrow that is extracted by way of a press – heroically wondrous! At Minerva, quality is much more than a word – it is a way of life!
