From the ironwork and the restored fireplace to the wooden floors, the former home (1920s) of Alberic Plettinck, ironworker and artist, has been tastefully and respectfully refurbished in a stylish vein. After being welcomed by your gracious hostess, you will sample an updated version of classical recipes in which chef Bram demonstrates his flair for plating. His consummate craftsmanship shines through in the intense creamy gravy that flanks pheasant or in his modern spin on eels in sorrel.
