Every detail of this establishment has been puzzled over and preened from its respect for the produce and attention to the seasons down to the ‘farm to fork’ concept. Veggies are the stars of the show, sometimes served with meat or fish. Ann Van der Auwera’s inventive, expressive cuisine is bold and distinctive and occasionally sprinkled with the odd Italian or Japanese accent.
