This residence, acquired in 1970, has been run by owners for nearly two centuries who lovingly preserve its original essence and charm. With a rustic atmosphere brimming with charisma, the space is complemented by a charming garden — perfect for pleasant summer evenings. The offering is rooted in Mediterranean cuisine, enriched with influences evoking India, seen in flavourful, memorable sauces and combinations. Among the excellent options are the scallops, served on pea purée with coriander oil and finished with citrus caviar pearls, offering a refreshing touch. The selection is available in a five-course tasting menu or à la carte!
