This shop isn’t particularly spacious, but that doesn’t stop customers from coming here for their authentic Chiu Chow cooking at wallet-friendly prices. Sliced goose steeped in signature spiced marinade is velvety without being greasy – refer to the mural for the spices used. The variety of chilled steamed fish on offer is quite a spectacle, all oily and delicious. Some dishes need pre-ordering and expect to share a table with strangers when it’s busy.
