It started two generations ago in Causeway Bay but the family’s reputation for Boat People style cuisine was made in Tsim Sha Tsui. Elder sister heads the serving team; younger brother runs the kitchen. They are famous for their stir-fried crabs with black beans and chilli, roast duck and rice noodles in soup and congee. You can decide level of spiciness for some dishes. Guests aren’t seated until everyone in the party has arrived.
