The restaurant of the Prieuré-Roch estate rises up to greet visitors with its distinctive wood and steel U-shaped architecture, whose centre is graced with a vast patio overlooking the vineyards. Indoors are a parquet-floored lounge, a bar decked in light wood and a spacious contemporary dining room with immense floor-to-ceiling windows. Chef Céline Dedinger (who boasts stints with Thomas Collomb at the Rôtisserie du Chambertin and the Maison des Cariatides) crafts a modern score based on mainly local ingredients (whose exact source is indicated on the menu) in line with the seasons.
