Run by Hugo Roellinger, this restaurant is located opposite the beach at Port-Mer with its small boats bobbing at anchor and Mont-Saint-Michel visible in the distance. The menu features dishes such as oysters, shellfish, langoustines, sole with a caramelised jus, turbot cooked on the bone, lobster cooked over hot coals – excellent fish, distinguished by its remarkable freshness and often seasoned with Olivier Roellinger's famous spice mixes. There is a beautiful terrace with a sea view and, inside, knick-knacks related to Brittany and fishing create a chic and modernised seaside bistro vibe that is enhanced by a 1930s fresco depicting a scene from life in the port of Saint-Malo.
