At the foot of the Brézème hills, this restaurant housed in a light-filled farmhouse on a winegrowing estate is a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Chef Teddy Bidaux's modern and inspired cuisine is served in a dining room with picture windows giving onto the vineyards: glazed carabinero prawn with a full-bodied jus, sea bass fillet and veal marrow in an original surf 'n' turf dish, Fin Gras du Mézenc beef shoulder accompanied by puff potatoes. The excellent house-made breads are the perfect accompaniment to delicious food made with a personal touch and many local and organic ingredients.
