When a winemaker from the Côte de Beaune meets a starred chef, you get Prosper! This lovely contemporary bistro in the Château St Aubin is the result of a collaboration between the Prosper Maufoux wine estate and the restaurateur Édouard Mignot (restaurant Ed.Em in Chassagne-Montrachet). The chef proposes a menu inspired by the Burgundy terroir. Pleasant terrace with a view of the vineyards.
