€€ ・ Fusion,Mexican
This Franco-Mexican establishment run by a native of Guadalajara, chef Kristian de Anda who was at the helm of the kitchen of the Parisian Biondi, is a delightful surprise. Only open in the evenings, his establishment masterfully proves that there is more to Mexican cuisine than tacos and enchiladas! In fact, the score is more fusion as pedigree Gallic recipes are dotted with intelligent Mexican notes – you won’t find a single tastebud-burning pepper in sight! We do however recommend ordering his array of tacos, in tribute to different regions of Mexico, as the ideal appetiser to kick off your meal in style.
