MICHELIN Guide's Point Of View

This restaurant channels the spirit of the Mediterranean, from the hardwood floors covered with Berber rugs to the wicker hanging baskets set against a backdrop of zellige-tiled walls. In fine weather, tables are set out by the pool on the lovely interior patio. Chef Olivier Streiff, who arrived on the scene in 2015 as a contestant on Top Chef, has created a bold, colourful menu that is also inspired by southern climes. Veal tournedos, pan-fried polenta and liquorice; molten chocolate cake with candied pepper; lemon tartlet with chicory chutney – the chef has lost none of his verve, nor his taste for shaking up culinary conventions.
