Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
In their restaurant next to the port of Audierne, this pair certainly open up new culinary horizons. The chef is from Brazil, the floor manager hails from Finistère and together they serve up delicious, aromatic cuisine that will make you happy you came. The chef, of course, draws on the local pantry – most notably fish and seafood, to which she judiciously adds modern and exotic touches. Buckwheat pancakes taco style, pork confit, lovage; tuna tart, tomato chutney with spices; grilled octopus, beetroot, fresh goat's cheese, red wine vinaigrette. Pleasantly colourful and contemporary interior decor; terrace with a view of the port.
