Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
Only a few minutes from the scenic village of Baden, this quintessential Brittany crêperie oozes authenticity. The Olivard couple specialises in “kraz” galettes: thin, crispy and made with organic flour and local eggs. We recommend the indulgent Ange Aigu galette, packed in smoked bacon, Guémené andouille and a runny egg yolk, as well as the classic sweet pancake, laced in butter and sugar with a hint of salt. Impressive list of over thirty ciders. A lovely terrace in fine weather adds the final flourish to this appetising portrait.
