5 carrefour de l'Odéon, Paris, France
€€ ・ Traditional Cuisine
Yves Camdeborde has entrusted the keys of his famous diminutive bistro to chef Bruno Doucet, whom he had already put in charge of La Régalade. Suffice to say, on his watch the place's bistronomy philosophy is scrupulously adhered to. In the tiny restaurant with tightly packed tables or on the heated terrace looking onto the Carrefour de l'Odéon, you can enjoy a menu (served right through from noon to 11pm, which is rare) that embraces local and market cuisine, and absolutely respects quality produce. They do not take reservations.
