Its spacious elegant dining room welcomes hotel residents and a well-heeled clientele who come to sample its seafaring menu. Examples include refined crudos (tartare of yellowtail, gambero rosso) and pasta to die for: spaghetti with Galician sea urchins, paccheri with line-caught seabass, capers, olives and Amalfi lemons.
