€€€€ ・ Modern Cuisine
On the roof terrace of the Musée Quai Branly – Jacques Chirac, this entirely glass-sided restaurant boasting interior and exterior architecture designed by Jean Nouvel overlooks the nearby Eiffel Tower. The menu, supervised by Alain Ducasse, is skilfully executed by talented chef Alexandre Sempere, a trusted collaborator. The modern seasonal cuisine is made with fine ingredients and smacks of the Mediterranean influences beloved of its mentor. The desserts created by pastry chef Jérémy Schotte, such as the farm-fresh skyr mousse with Buddha's hand and a lemon leaf granita, deserve a special mention.
