This quintessential inn – typical of the area – stands on the heights of the Orb Valley. The terroir expresses itself in no uncertain terms: the food and the landscape share a subtle yet rugged edge. Semi-cooked foie gras over grapevine embers, wood pigeon roasted in a wine sauce, sweet chestnut and pear tart… Meals are served within hundred-year-old stone walls or on the patio which commands a sweeping view over the valley. To be washed down with a glass of Faugères, of course!
