In this modern bistro overflowing in feel-good vibes, Raphaël and Elise Campas treat the foodies of Montauban to a culinary festival, all made in-house, from the bread to the ice cream. Taking their cue from the seasons, the experienced couple conscientiously selects regional ingredients (vegetables from independent market gardeners and farmstead cheeses), which the chef crafts into colourful, appetising dishes. Élise professionally and seamlessly manages the front of house, while Raphaël pops out from time to time to lend a hand and wax lyrical about his cooking. This excellent establishment, only open for lunch, offers a concise menu that changes monthly, giving you the perfect excuse to return again and again.
