The spruce dining room, depicted by elegant oak parquet floors and lots of room between tables, believes in serving wholesome, simple fare such as leeks in vinaigrette, sprinkled with hard-boiled egg and croutons or a hummus of lentils, risotto of spelt and mushrooms – there is often a vegetarian starter and main course.
