This traditional inn has been run by the same couple of industry professionals for many years. The mouth-watering dishes give pride of place to the terroir and quality ingredients: lamb shoulder pastilla cooked for seven hours and served with a braising sauce infused with sweet spices; cod piquillos with shellfish bisque; a fine, sautéed pork chop.
