Florimond – named after Monet's gardener at Giverny – has a convivial bistro atmosphere. The chef makes sure to use plenty of vegetables in his traditional local cooking, featuring many ingredients from his native Corrèze. And like his father before him, who was a pork butcher, he makes all his sausages, black pudding and conserves himself!
