In a former residential house, now converted into this restaurant, the charm of the local architecture blends perfectly with more contemporary elements. In the kitchen, Romain Butet crafts cuisine that embraces tradition and incorporates just the right dose of modernity: semi-cooked trout, courgette, sauce vierge with piment d'Espelette, fresh goat's cheese; meagre, lemon-ginger sauce, local vegetables. A good choice of wines at reasonable prices, and al fresco dining in the pleasant courtyard to the rear.
