The dishes are simple and delicious, with some dazzling highlights (winter salad with Galician octopus, calamansi vinaigrette; cabbage stuffed with vegetables, rice, Thai curry emulsion), plus cuts of meat for sharing. The seasonal ingredients are sourced at the market: a real treat.
