At the helm of this modern bistro (polished concrete floor, trendy light fittings, wooden tables), with electronic music playing in the background, young chef Alice Roger shows she has experience (three years in London) and good taste (she worked with Michelin-starred chef Ryuji Teshima at Pages). Her cuisine is full of pep (thanks to elements such as the Noilly Prat sabayon, the gribiche sauce with violet mustard and the horseradish sauce) and decidedly exciting. The lunch menu is a steal. In the evening, plates for sharing are the name of the game.
