This restaurant is located in stylish boutique hotel The Fritz, and you can have an aperitif at the bar in the lobby . The upscale interior is tasteful, and has a cool and trendy feel. Tobias Rocholl refers to his cosmopolitan, modern and creative culinary concept as "Gourmet in Action". Instead of butter, he uses high-quality oils, any dairy products are lactose-free, and he avoids industrial sugar altogether. Dishes such as Ijsselmeer pike-perch, lemon pointed cabbage, sauerkraut, leek vinaigrette can be ordered à la carte or as part of a set menu that you put together yourself.
