The first overseas outpost of the Shanghainese F&B brand opened in Singapore in 2024. The menu predominantly features quality live seafood from Zhejiang, prepared in authentic Ningbo style. ‘Ningbo 18 cuts’ is raw crab marinated in spiced soy; each piece brims with orange roe that tastes gooey and buttery. Save room for Ningbo sticky rice balls filled with runny black sesame paste that are made to order. Tastefully appointed interior.
