In this bistro, named after a coastal dune plant, chef Julien Dumas (Bellefeuille, Lucas Carton) works hand in hand with his talented associate Lucas Boisseau to cook up tempting bistronomy cuisine. The focus is on the essentials, with a few creative flourishes: fillet of pollack, grilled wild asparagus with a little bite, cockles and onions served in their jus; to finish, a fresh and vibrant fennel and grapefruit dessert rife with contrasting flavours. The concise menu is always evolving, with a good-value set menu at lunchtime and tasting menus in the evening. The sleek and elegant interior features a large mottled mirror, suspended lighting, faux concrete walls, hardwood floors, a glass-fronted wine cellar and eclectic decorative touches.
