This long-established inn run by Maximilian and Roxana Kühbeck with great dedication and a commitment to sustainability has bags of charm and atmosphere. Made with select ingredients sourced from the local area, the food is flavoursome and ambitious. There are two set menus, one of which is vegetarian, plus an à la carte selection. In addition to the cosy little dining space with its vaulted ceiling, there are two very popular "kitchen tables" for those who wish to see the chefs at work.

"In addition to the quality of the food, regionality is a top priority in my kitchen. Meat comes from a butcher who breeds his own animals, the other produce from a maximum of 20km away, and the fruit and herbs often from my own garden. Our guests should go home happy, but also with a good feeling."
