Alexe, your hostess, supervises the front of house with seamless, classy elegance. Meticulous attention to detail prevails throughout the establishment, including in chef Van der Stappen’s authentic yet subtle Franco-Belgian repertory. The chef is particularly attentive to the plating. A standout: veal blanquette simmered in a creamy succulent sauce with meatballs, slightly tangy button mushrooms, flat-leaf parsley and house-made potato fritters.
